We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery options and cost

Standard Shipping — £4.99

Delivered within 1–3 business days. This is a flat rate unless a discount or promotion is applied at checkout.

Click & Collect (in-store pickup) — free

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to collect.

Age verification — delivery and collection of alcohol

We sell alcohol, so we operate a Challenge 25 policy at both delivery and collection. This means:

• Alcohol will only be delivered to, or collected by, a person aged 18 or over.
• Anyone who appears under 25 will be asked for valid photo ID — for example a passport, UK photocard driving licence, or a PASS-approved proof-of-age card — at the point of delivery or collection.
• Alcohol will only be delivered to a residential or commercial property and will not be left unattended at any address.

If we are unable to complete a delivery — for example because no one aged 18 or over is available to receive the order, or valid ID cannot be shown — the order will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange redelivery (a further delivery charge may apply) or to refund the cost of the goods, less the original delivery charge.
